Lucy is survived by her children, Linda (Donald) Taylor of St. Albans, Jon of Chesapeake, Thomas of Belle and Ann (Donnie) Nelson of Charleston; grandson, Brandon Youell of Charleston; and great-grandchildren, Sydnea, Eli, Lilly and Mason, all of Charleston. The funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 6, 2017, Stevens & Grass Funeral Home, Malden, with Father Biju officiating. The burial will follow the service at Montgomery Memorial Park in London. Family and friends may gather from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. prior to the service on Saturday at the funeral home. The family would like to thank all her care givers she had during her 2-year stay at Quarry Manor (Kanawha Place).
